Everyone has a wide palette of decorative stitches built into their sewing machines, but they seldom get used. In fact, the more expensive the sewing machine, the more stitches it has. Learn hands-on how the stitch size, needles and color affect the finished look. You'll experiment with elongated stitches, stitches reduced in size, repeated stitches, color changes and using different needles. See what a difference color makes. Learn how to easily match up rows of scallops and other decorative stitches and make sure the stitches perfectly align every time. Finally, practice what you learned to make a gorgeous pin cushion that will never get lost in your sewing room.
