You'll start with basic hemstitching by making a simple hemstitch the ‘novice’ way and then make another sample in a professional way and comparing the results. Next, you'll experiment and learn as you make samples using various widths of drawn thread with different built-in stitches on your sewing machine. Learn first-hand why some methods work better than others. Once the samples are finished, you'll put what you've learned into practice by making a beautiful linen drawn thread tea towel using any one of the drawn thread techniques you practiced in class that you liked the most.
